| Leo was Joy's first therapy dog client and we visited him for a couple of months before he died. He always greeted us with a warm smile and immensely enjoyed our time with him. We introduced Leo to a newly registered therapy dog team, Jet and Kim. On the day that Joy and Jet visited Leo for the last time, as we were leaving his room Leo said, "Bless you dears." with that familar but weakened smile. He died about four hours later. Rest in peace Leo and bless you for being part of our lives. ~~Carlene & Joy |
