Dale Edward Grosse
September 1930-January 2009

My big brother was born to Georgia and Dale Grosse Sr. in Sheridan, WY. He died on January 9, 2009 in a Twin Falls, ID hospital from complications of Alzheimer's disease. He is survived by his wife, three daughters, one son, one sister, one half-brother, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Dale attended schools in WY and SD where he graduated from high school. He met his first wife in England while stationed there with the U.S. Air Force. They lived in Mountain Home, ID while Dale was stationed there in the Air Force. After leaving the Air Force he joined the National Guard in Mountain Home and retired as a master sergeant. He was a member of the Faith Lutheran Church and was on the Faith Lutheran School Board in Mountain Home. Dale loved to ride motorcycles (in his younger years) and to hunt and fish and just be outdoors. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

...He prayeth well who loveth well
Both man and bird and beast.

He prayeth best who loveth best
All thing both great and small;
For the dear God who loveth us,
He made and loveth all.
--Samuel Taylor Coleridge
